Poonch, Jan 9: The future of the poor students s living is remote areas is in dark as, most of the schools in these areas are running without staff, due to continued absence of many influential teachers.
According to the sources from many remote areas of Poonch including Gagrian, Sawjian, Loran far flung, Bafliaz, Kirni and others, the influential teachers are enjoying their lives in towns depriving poor students of education.
Many teachers backed by politicians are enjoying their lives in Jammu and department is drawing their salaries without proper investigation. These officers are throwing the future of the remote students in darks, parents of the pupils alleged. Many people from far flung areas have further said, Bureaucrats political leaders deliberately want to keep poor pupils uneducated, so they give shelter to the negligent teachers. Mohd Zaman, W M Sheikh, Ghulam Rasool and others have appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik to constitute an investigation team to investigate the matter and take strict action against such negligent teachers and other involved education officials. |
