BJP conveyed its love for Kashmir by staying away from dharna: PoK DPs
1/9/2019 11:11:42 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 9: PoK DPs indefinite Chain Dharna that is being held under the banner of S. O. S. International - An organization for PoK Displaced Persons. Led by Sanjiv Kumar and accompanied by Kapoor Chand, Ravinder Sharma, Sanjiv Suri, Karan Raina and Bansi Lal lambasted the BJP for making distance from the PoK DPs dharna who have been sitting on chain dharna in terrible cold weather to get their legitimate rights that started on December 27, 2018.
To make PoK Displaced Persons attentive of maligned and deceptive designs adopted by both State and Central Government for their petty gains, the S.O.S. International, an organization for PoK Displaced Persons under the chairmanship of Rajiv Chuni will soon kick-start an awareness campaign from Poonch to Lakhanpur and R. S. Pura to Banihal to educate them about how they have been fallen prey to BJP leaderships in the last Parliamentary & Assembly elections. Sanjeev Kumar, while leading the Day-14 indefinite chain dharna, informed this at dharna sthal at Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.
Kumar said BJP office is merely 4-5 kms away from the dharna sthal and the "BJP leadership deliberately avoiding visiting and facing the agitators as BJP don't want to implement the whole package, don't want to give equal treatment to all migrants/DPs, don't want to give us assembly seats, don't want to send us to our religious places in PoK, don't want to include 5300 DP families in the package and don't want to give us back the money struck in J&K Bank Mirpur. Today Instead of PoK DPs if valley migrants were sitting on dharna in that case BJP leadership from Kashmir to Delhi would have rushed to spot to immediately accept their all demands and in our case they are sleeping Kumbkarni neend" he added.
