Kala Manch Reasi organizes cultural programme

Reasi, Jan 19: Abhinya Kala Manch, Reasi organized a cultural programme 'Shiv Dutt Memorial theatre promotion awards- 2018- 19' at Abhinav Theatre.
O P bhagat KAS, Director Tourism was the chief guest whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Addl. Secretary, JLAACL was the guest of honour. Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director, IT presided over the function.
The programme started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by a Film Promo of 'Lakeer'- a film by Shiv Dutt, the Director of the movie. Prominent personalities from the field of acting, singing and journalism were honoured during the programme.
The music groups those presented colourful dance items were M Jackson Dance Institute, Janipur, Fusion Dance & Fitness Studio, Upper Gadigarh, Jammu under the supervision of Jasleen Kaur, AVTAR Dance Group and singers who presented their talent included Jeevan Sharma, Dr. Deepali Wattal, Veena and Chanchal Dogra, Sonali Dogra, Vanshika Jaral, Nandini Kapoor (the last three from GCW, Prade, Jammu) thrilled the audience present in the hall.
Speaking on this occasion Op Bhagat appreciated the initiatives of Vardaan group to promote art, culture and artists in different disciplines of art forms.
S P Kalra, Chairman, Kalra Trust of Education & Chairman, Vardaan Group, Udhampur, Er. Y R Khajuria, Vice- Chairman, Vardaan Group, Darshan Lal, Retd. Jt. Director, Advisor Vardaan group and Ashok Dogra, Counsellor Vardaan Group shared the dais. The programme was sponsored by Vardaan Group Jammu. Various dance and singing items by eminent and promising artists were presented on this occasion.
Prominent among those who were honoured on this occasion included Dr. Aziz Hazini, Dr. Sudhir Mahajan, Jeevan Sharma, Kumar A Bharti, Mohan Singh Slathia, Shiv Dutt (Post humously, receive by Himani Shiv dutt, his daughter), Vinay Raina, Veena Dogra, Chanchal Dogra, Dr. Chanchal Sharma, Sapna Soni, Akram Khan, Jaslee and Group, Roshan Bill & Group, AVTAR Group, M Jackson & Party, Rampaul Dora, Jang S. Verman, Kusum Tikoo, Danish Bhardwaj, Bindia Tikoo Raina, Shivani Wazir, Bhupinder Singh, Anil Tikoo from Managerial staff of Abhinav Theatre, Sanjeev Sharma, Lokesh, Ashutosh, Tara Chand and Arun Maseeh, Technical Staff, Abhinav Theatre, Dr. Baljeet singh Raina, Lalita Tapasavi, Kanchi Khajuria, Umesh Singh and others.
