| KNIT organizes farewell party | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 28: Eleventh class students of Kotwal National Institute of Teaching, Talab Tillo organised a farewell party for their seniors, the students of out going twelfth class. The party was arranged in the School premises at Bharat Nagar, today.
The function started with lightning of ceremonial lamp by Director of the school Prof Jia Lal Kotwal, Principal Bimla Ballowria, Administrator S Gurdeep Singh, Prof. À K Raina and Other dignitaries. Master Shubam welcomed the out going students. A cultural program was also presented on the occasion.
The program started with Saraswati Vandna which was followed by A Cultural program comprising of Gujrati, Dogri, Hindi patriotic song, Punjabi Gidha & solo dance. A mime showing the misuse of mobile phones in between and at service places and its ill- effects was also presented by the students. Based on their academic performance, participation in co-curricular activities and on the spot quiz competition, Karanjot Singh of 12th Science Stream & Vipasna of 12th Arts stream were judged Mr Knit & Ms Knit 2019 respectively. Prof Kotwal & Madam Billowria presented Mr Knit & Ms Knit trophies. They wished best of luck to the students for their forthcoming Board Examination and hoped that they would keep upto the great tradition of excellence and achievements in Board Exams. Harshvardhan of 12th class thanked his juniors, the students of eleventh class for their good wishes. The program was conducted by Gunisha & Shubam who showered wishes on behalf of the students and faculty members. Lunch was also served to the students. |
