Vikramaditya explodes BJP's myth of development in Udhampur-Bani area

Early Times Report
bani, Mar 31: Exploding the myth of the BJP candidate's bogus claims of so called 'development' in Udhampur-Doda-Kathua Constituency, Senior Congress leader and party candidate from the constituency Vikramaditya Singh today flayed the saffron party for abandoning the far off regions like Bani and Pancheri, saying that these areas are struggling to get even the very basic amenities of life including drinking water, power, ration, roads, healthcare facilities and educational avenues.
Addressing a massive public gathering at Pancheri and Bani, Vikramaditya said that leave aside the 'development' which the BJP candidate Dr Jitendra Singh rants every now and then, he did not even visit the areas like Bani and Pancheri for once to listen to the grievances of the people living out there.
After visiting there and having one to one interaction with people, Vikramdaitya Singh said, there was widespread resentment among the people in the far-off belts of Udhampur-Doda-Kathua Constituency, where the BJP has failed to do any development working forcing people to live in misery. He said that there is not a single development project which BJP brought to these regions and people here are bereft of even basic amenities of life.
"The reality is totally opposite to what is being boasted by the BJP, which seems to be a classic BJP jumla", he said and added that there is no alternative to Congress party which has a strong base in all the three regions including every nook and corner of the state.
