3/31/2019 11:48:21 PM

Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 31: The Health Department is yet again in news for its wrongdoings. An influential employee, who has retired from government services, has been continuously serving in Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council without proper permission from the Principal of Medical College Jammu.
Sources said ever since the Paramedical Council was shifted to GMC, the influential employee has been serving there. A year after the shifting, sources said, the employee retired but continues with practice without adhering to rules and regulations.
Sources said the employee participates in crucial meetings and influences important decisions. He also plays a vital role in the affairs of the Paramedical College Jammu. "A few complaints was forwarded the concerned authorities but no action has been taken to this day," sources said.
An employee said the that the retired employee enjoys patronage of influential people.
"Even the person did not get required permission from the Principal of the GMC Jammu which is a clear violation of government rules. Without the permission of the principal nobody can continue with contractual service after his retirement," he said.
