| AFR lodges complaint against Mehbooba Mufti for anti-India statements | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 9: Association for Reforms in Jammu and Kashmir today filed complaint against former Chief Minister Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti for making anti India statements with an aim to spread hatred and to provoke and incite people of different communities for vote bank politics.
Chairman of Association, Shubham Sharma, today personally visited police headquarters and lodge complaint against Mehbooba Mufti to register FIR against her for her anti India statements during the time of elections.
The complainant in his complaint made reference that former Chief Minister on 08.04.2019 at around 05:30 PM , through a tweet from her official twitter handle ( @MehboobaMufti) made a statement , "Na Samjho Gay Tou Mit Jaouge Aye Hindustan Walo, Tumhari Dastaan Tak Bhi Na Hogi Dastaano Main (O you people of Hindustan, if you don't understand, you will perish, your story will be erased from history).
"It is quite axiomatic from a bare perusal of the said Tweet dated 08.04.2019 by the former Chief Minister that it has been published solely for the purpose of insulting and spreading hatred towards India and Indians and also to provoke breach of peace and to severally insult the historical beliefs of Indians."Thus I , being a concerned citizen of India and personally grieved by the aforesaid malicious act of Accused , and thus I hereby request you to immediately register First Information Report ( FIR) against the former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti as per the provisions of relevant laws applicable in Jammu and Kashmir ." said Shubham Sharma in his complaint. |
