Poonch, Office of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Poonch has become the campaigning point of BJP since long, as Executive Engineer Poonch is working only for BJP workers and voters outside for their office. Poonch people expressed their resentment over the functioning of PHE office Poonch which they say is not up to the mark.
According to the sources , all offices in remain headless as Xen is careless in Poonch.
Reports said the Assistant Executive Engineer Headquarter, Assistant Executive Engineer Stores/Technical Officer were absent during whole day from their office without any information on June 10 whereas Executive Engineer was working as clerk and consumers were helpless and upsetting during whole day. According to a PHE consumers and applicant of PHE, Naseb Jan, she went to Xen office for settling a problem about her water connection but the Xen allegedly misbehaved with her.
Later, Jammu Kashmir Insaaf Movement activists reached the spot to listen the applicant's problem and then staged a protest against the erring officer. |
