Mandi, July 27: Community Health Center (CHC) Mandi is yet again in news for alleged negligence of Block Medical Officer Mandi since long.
One disgraceful incident occurred in the hospital complex in which Medical Officer attacked and beat an attendant of a patient here on Friday evening. According to the victim Tariq, he brought her wife to hospital for treatment in the evening hours on Friday, where Medical Officer tried to beat him without any reason. He said, all employees attached and posted in CHC Mandi are unkind who always misbehave with patients and their attendants.
Later large number of Mandi people came out and raised slogans against negligent BMO and other staff.
The protestors accusingly said, BMO is encouraging his employees so they misbehave in such a way.
They have appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik and Commissioner cum Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir government to take cognizance, take action against MO and transfer BMO at earliest. |
