| Inter-house Spell Bee Competition organizes | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Aug 30: Delhi Public School, Udhampur organized an Inter-house Spell Bee Competition for primary wing. This competition was one of the numerous enjoyable competitions that give students a platform to learn spellings in different ways. The competition helped students improve their spellings, increase their vocabulary & pronunciation, learn concepts and develop the use of correct EngliAll four houses participated with eight members. There were 4 rounds and the first round was Spell the words ,second was tell and spell the word, third was to identify the object and spell the word, and the final round was Jumbled words. The first runner up of the competition was Samveda with 14.5 marks and the Winner was Yajurveda with 17 marks. All the houses participated with great enthusiasm and they dueled through the toughest words. The competition was a wonderful learning source not only for the participants but also for their peers. Their efforts and initiative was appreciated by one and all present over there. At the end the winner house was felicitated by the Principal Dr.Kunal Anand. The competition was conducted by Ms.Siloni Thakur under the guidance of Area Coordinator, Sangeeta Nargotra |
