DDC Samba reviews implementation of Government schemes

SAMBA, Dec 27: District Development Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria today convened a meeting of District Level Consultative Committee (DLCC)/ District Level Review committee (DLRC) and District Level RSETI Advisory Committee (DLRAC) to review the performance and achievements made by banks under various government sponsored schemes.
Lead District Manager, Ajay Koul while presenting a presentation on target achieved by banks informed that a total of 316 financial literacy camps were conducted against target of 156 in the district under financial inclusion campaign.
It was informed that, 10663 cases amounting Rs 25369 lakh under Prime Minister Mudra Yojana and 40733 KCC cases amounting to Rs 19552 lakh have been sanctioned by banks in district Samba. On maintaining CD ration in banks. It was informed that overall 56% ratio has been achieved in this quarter and 18% CD ratio is for women exclusively which is against benchmark of 5%.
Under ACP targets for the financial year 2019-2020, priority sector advances are 47% of total advances of which agricultural advances is 18%. Achievements of credit flow under ACP 2019-2020 is MSME is 14%, priority sector is 18%, NP sector is 70% and total achievement is 26% in the district.\
Later, the DDC convened meeting of District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC).
On the occasion DLTFC, approved 153 Loan cases under PMEGP Scheme through various sponsoring agencies.
The meeting was attended by GM DIC Samba, Sansar chand, LDM Samba, Ajoy Koul, District Officer KVIB, Samba, S. Harvinder Singh, DPO Samba, Piyush Dhotra besides representatives of KVIC and ITI .
In the meeting 21 PMEGP cases of DIC Samba were approved with total project cost of 261 lakh and MM Subsidy involved is 81.45 lakh.
76 REGP and 40 PMEGP cases of KVIB were approved Whereas 16 PMEGP loan cases of KVIC were also approved.
