Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 16: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Social urged Union government to implement One Nation-One Law in the Union Territory of J&K and also issue to separate notification protecting job and land of locals.
A week long programme being launched by BJP with its 36 union minsters to remove the doubts of the people over land and employment losing from 18-25 of the January as per the news as appeared in almost all the daily news papers.
This matter was taken up in a meet of the union under the leadership of its president Abdul Majid Malik and threadbare deliberations were done and all the speakers and participants arrived at the conclusion that before launching this programme, all union minsters first must do their home work with the MoS PMO Dr Jatinder Singh who is also the resident of Jammu to ascertain whether the statements being made by prime minister of the country, home minster Amit Shah and MoS of PMO office Dr Jatinder Singh throughout the country match with the rules framed in the bill of 5th of august regarding the abrogation of art 370 and 35-A which have also been published in The Gazette of India dated 9.8.2019.
Prof Kalidas, General Secretary explained in detail that protection of the reservation Act of 2004 which appears at serial number 7 on page 42 and the also the unholy state commission for backward classes has been protected which appears at serial number 22 on page 50 speaks totally contrary to what these highly dignified personalities say. "
Under no rules mentioned in the Bill of Abrogation Of Art 370 And 35-A for the protection of state land and state employments, BJP cannot convince the people J&K that their real estate and employments both are safe. The High Court of Jammu Kashmir union territory invited applications a few days back from the candidates throughout the country but withdrew the same after the opposition of the people. This withdrawal is temporary and sword of losing job is hanging over the qualified youth of the state.
It is advised to the centre govt and the group of union minsters that instead of wasting time, energy and at the same time a huge amount of money which would also be spent on this exercise, it is better to make requisite rules in black and white for the assurance to the people and hand over these rules in the hands of the public. This process would be very easy and would bring all concerned into confidence.
All executive members including M R Bangotra CEO, principal Darshan Mehra, principal Anchal Singh, Gurmeet Singh, SC Verma, Khursheed Ahmed Ahanger, Najam ud din also shared their views.
