MENDHAR, Jan 16: A car caught fire under mysterious circumstances in Salwah area of Mendhar Sub Divison in Poonch district last night. A police spokesman said that Xylo vehicle No. JK02BC / 7611 belonging to one Zahier Abass son of Abdul Aziz resident of Dharana in Mendhar, caught fire under mysterious circumstances at Salwah village, about 11 kms away from Mendhar After getting information, Police team rushed to the spot. The car had completely damaged in the incident.
Besides SHO Tahir Yousaf Khan Naib Tehsildar Ashfaq Ahmed fani also reached the spot. He said that the matter was being investigated by police. The cause of fire is being ascertained but it appears to be some mischief. A case has been registered at Mendhar Police Station. |
