 Jammu, Jan 16: Wushu Federation of Asia delegates visited India today for the inspection of the venues and signing of the Host contract ceremony. The WFA officials including Julian Camacho Vice President, Wushu Federation of Asia and Executive Member of International Wushu Federation (IWUF) Jian Xiaobing, Technical Chairman, Wushu Federation of Asia  and Technical Member Of International Wushu Federation (IWUF), Cristina Chan as Office Secretary WFA. They visited the India  Olympic Association office where they met with Dr. Narinder Dhruv Batra (President) and other officials of the IOA. The president of Wushu Association of India Bhupender Singh Bajwa briefed the president that India is hosting 10th Asian Wushu championship at IG Stadium from. 2 to 8th  November 2020. More than 600 players from 32 countries will participate in the championship. Dr. Narinder Dhruv Batra assured full support from the Indian Olympic Association for the grand success of the event.
 Later the delegation met with the Joint Secretary (Sports) Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Inderjeet Dhameja. He also assured full support from the ministry. The other officials who attended the meeting were Vijay Saraf and Manish Kacker Vice presidents, Suhel Ahmed (General Secretary) Shivendra Nath Dubey (treasurer) Sudershan and Kuldeep Handoo (National chief Coach of India).
