Jammu, Mar 23: Veterans of Congress party of Rajouri today organized an interaction in which several issues were discussed. According to press release, Ravinder Sharma briefed the participants about the agenda of the meeting and strongly contended that discipline is the strength of party and those create indiscipline should be dealt strictly. Develop mutual understanding and coordination among themselves. strictly avoid groupism, he said, and elaborated the Congress targeted programmes to be implemented on ground in a phased manner impressed upon the need of regular periodical interaction. Jenab Shabir Khan welcomed the participants and hoped that the interaction will go a long way to rejuvenate the party rank and file of Rajouri District. He expressed his sincere gratitude to all participants for their valuable suggestions for futuristic action on ground. Jenab Zahid Sarfraz Malik, stressed on unity and coordination among local leaders, completion of committees as early as possible. Work of the local leaders and party workers should be encouraged. Multi dimensional activities at district and block head quarters, merit and seniority should be the criteria while giving assignments. Stress should be given at district and block headquarters to make the party vibrant. There should be District Coordination Committee which includes the local prominent leaders. |
