| IYC demands to slash in prices of corona virus test | | |

Jammu, Mar 23: National Coordinator Indian Youth Congress Sandeep Singh Rissam has urged the central government to reduce the corona virus test price of Rs 4500 in private labs. He said that in the present situation when Covid 19 has been declared as a Pandemic, the goverment should get all those tested who are suspected of Corona virus free of cost in private labs also.
Rissam said that MP from Jammu Jugal Kishore Sharma is busy in Delhi beating thalis and posting those pictures on his social media accounts whereas no actual help in fight corona disease has been done by him.
He asked MP Jugal Kishore to immediately release Rs 5crore from his MPLAD fund to hospitals in Jammu so that actual fight against corona can be fought. Rissam said that Congress Leader & MP Rahul Gandhi has given 50 thermal scanners to his constituency to fight against corona disease. Even Dr Farooq Abdullah who was under house arrested for 7 months has given Rs1 crore to hospitals in his constituency to fight corona virus.
This is the way in which a public representative should use his authority & power to work for the welfare of people of his area. In the neighbouring state Punjab all the congress MLA’s have donated their 1month salary to CM relief fund to fight against corona and the Punjab Goverment as an immediate relief, has announced Rs 3000/person to all registered construction workers. |
