Jammu, Apr 2: The OBC Department Pradesh Congress Committie J&K has Condemned the Domicile provisions, issued on 31st March 2020.
Addressing the Media, State Chairman OBC PCC J&K Adv.Suresh Kumar Dogra criticized the Domicile provisions issued for the Jammu and Kashmir for Government Jobs as well as for the resident of J&K, Adv.Suresh Dogra said that it was heard in the Routine by Statements of Leaders of BJP promising to the unemployed youth of J&K for their Job security and also for the protection of land for the resident of J&K but resulted completely adverse to it on issuance of notification of new Domicile provisions for Job is a big fraud and Betrayal to the unemployed youth. This provision opens the opportunity to peoples of other states to snatch the rights of unemployed youth of J&K, the local peoples whom more than half of the year remain busy in putting off and on of their sleeeping luggage ( Quilts) due to severe cold and also due to hilly far flung distances, they remain disconnected from the basic necessities, must be given Complete Job protection and also Implementation of special status under schedule 6th of the Constitution of India on the pattern of seven hilly North eastern states also favoured by Our State President JKPCC Ghulam Ahmed Mir saheb.
Adv. Suresh Dogra further said It is very Unfortunate that When the whole world is fighting for the prevention of spread of fatal disease of Covid-19 and in this Critical period, the BJP Government has back stabbed the rights of the unemployed youth and also disrespected the special status of the resident of J&K and demoted its Princely Status to 4th class status of Union Territory.
It is also pertinent to say about the rights of OBC that, despite implementation of all Central laws ,the OBC peoples again betrayed by this so called OBC Prime Minister of India, Now the OBC peoples of J&K has lost faith on this lier Government and shall show their power of vote in the upcoming Elections by uprootimg it, Adv.Suresh Dogra demands for Roll back of the said Domicile law which is equal to colonial law like Simon's commission of 1927. The other Signatories were Parshotam lal Mehra, Parbod Jasyal,Vijay Verma, Abhishek Kumar, Romesh verma, Som nath verma,Tara mani, Rajinder Verma, Raj kumar Mehra, Bhoj Raj, Ramesh verma, Majid Qureshi, Haji Abdullah and others.
