Social Activist Raj Kumar Nischal provided free meals to the peoples affected due to Corona Virus.

JAMMU, April 10: A Social activists Raj Kumar Nischal prepared free meals of more than 600 people's and also prepare over 250 meal packets from last 16days (Lunch and Dinner) to help people amid the novel coronavirus outbreak. Raj Kumar Nischal and his family provided for Poor distribute and deliver free food to people affected by Covid-19 in Jammu.
Raj Kumar Nischal said, We feel that as human beings, it's our responsibility to help the most vulnerable amongst us in their time of need.
We provided the meals to the elderly, daily wagers, specially-abled, homeless and other peoples affected by the lockdown.
Strict food hygiene practices were observed while the food was prepared.The Nischal family wore gloves and masks while preparing the food.The meals provided by the familys is a vegetarian meal comprising of dry fruits, rice, and lentils.
Once we heard people can't have food to cook, we started reaching out to people in our personal capacity, said Nischal
Nischal said, We provided lunch and dinner to the elderly, daily wagers, specially-abled, homeless and other peoples affected by the lockdown.
He also said the next days' food will be based on the previous day's numbers. If the requirement is more, we'll prepare fresh food and distribute to the poor, and needy persons. Raj Kumar Nischal , thanks to Sh. Ravi Shankar , Tehsildar Jammu for helping and assisting to distribution meals in different areas of Jammu. Nischal, applauded the efforts of the Government who have been working round the clock to combat the crisis and also appealed to follow the advisories sent out by the State and Central Government.
