Jammu, Apr 21: All Jammu and Kashmir Reserved Categories Empowerment Alliance (JKRCEA) under the leadership of its President Dr. Sanjay Bhasin, Prof. Of Surgery in GMC and the Honorary Secretary , JK Chapter of Association of Surgeons of India, today during the national lockdown, distributed dry ration at the Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi, Roop Nagar, Jammu, amongst the local poor families including some widows of Butta Nagar, Paloura, Mohalla Saryara.
While distributing the ration Prof. (Dr.) G. L. Thapa, President of All J&K SC and ST Rtd. Employees Forum (Regd.), T C Bavoria retd Deputy Secretary and representative of the JKRCEA also with the help of Som Nath Dogra , Incharge of Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi, Roop Nagar Jammu, maintained the social distance and explained in detail the importance of social distancing to the people present over there At this moment, Prof. Thapa appealed to one and all to come forward and help the neediest, he also advised the receivers to follow the guidelines of ministry of health and Govt. of India to defeat COVID-19. Roshan Lal Palouria social worker was also present. |
