The prevalent pandemic has brought the whole world on the toes and in every part of the world humanity is grooming.
Let us find out the cause of this trouble we have enough education, literacy, information but education and knowledge without understanding has no meaning. Capacity to learn is a gift the ability to learn is a skill and willingness to learn is a choice. We have two types of education. One is acquired in a formal way from the institutions within four walls of class rooms.
This type of education enables us to become a god bread earner, to vie with each other to attain material advancement and makes us extremely selfish, egoistic, opportunistic, clever, cunning and crafty. The formal education that provides us qualification we become a social butterfly by getting our self-attired into gorgeous attractive clothes and neckties occupy the responsible chair to become a marble statue/portrait and all the time we behave like a supercilious camel, egoistic, proud, purse proud, boastful and we do not pay heed to the need and cares of other.
The other type of education is a spiritual education that changes the personality of individual in a better way by driving of all ones/our animal like propensities brutality, barbarity and gives us equanimity of mind to become a good human being to contribute something for society.
There are two way of acquiring/getting education. One is by way of TAUGHT education and other is CAUGHT education that is very important where the whole world is treated as school, life is a book and time is a teacher.
The education gained by the time out of our bitter experiences is over and above the education taught in school college or university.
This education is not preplanned or deliberate. It is incidental and takes place consciously as well as unconsciously, human being learns many habits manners and patterns while moving in difficult/different times.
The first teacher of every individual is a mother. What we learn in the lap/womb of the mother, that impressions remain indelible of abiding values. When a mother nurtures her children well love and goodness awakened in the children’s hearts. Because of our mother’s love and care, we learn to love as well as we feel GOD’s love more profoundly.
All the great men of world have indebted themselves out of the deep gratitude to their mothers.
Alexander uses to be spoken high of his mother, Abraham Lincoln to Pablo Picasso, consider how the famous were shaped by their mothers. Napoleon was shaped by his mother Letizia; Mahatma Gandhi was studded/decorated with all good qualities from his mother. Putlibhai the great got his liberal education from his mother Subhadrangi. Our Prime Minister Sh. Narinder Modi Ji have very high regards and respect towards his mother. Mother has played a very important role in shaping the personality of the individual. Education is the most important or powerful instrument which we can use to change the complexation of society/world. By restraining our senses which always wander and mind goes out and dreams but when we restrain our senses or able to tame our mind it comes and is in control. We look inside us and awakes.
Awakening is very important. If we unfold the word of EDUCATION all the letter stands for different meaning and when we explain them, we find the real meaning of education, e.g.;
E = Enlightenment
D = Discipline
U = Understanding
C =Commitment
A = Aim
T = Truthfulness
I = Intelligence
O = Obedience
N = Nationality
When we explain these terms/words in elaborate way, we find the real meaning of education. Education means transformation of individual personality by cultivating good values and virtues that goes in long way in shaping our personality and making us the right human being. When we find/understand the difference in between brute and human being that means our education has the meaning (meaningful).
The second it is pursued for excellence when we become better than (other) of the creation than we say that we have attained some education, e.g., The Great men sage and saint they were also teachers but not our classroom teachers. They shape the personality of individual to change the complexion of the society, e.g., Narada Muni enlightened the Robber Valmiki and changed his life to an Adhikavi/Rishi who is known for composing the great Indian Epic Ramayana.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji was global trotter who travelled at so many places on foot and shaped the personality/life of so many peoples with transformation/teaching like: Dunichand, Saajan Tnug, Wali Landhari and man eater Kanda.
Mahatma Buddha also did not lack behind in the record. His education/teaching brought so many evil mind peoples on the right path of high truthfulness. It was Lord Buddha graceful righteousness a robber who used to kill human being to loot them. ANGULIMALA and because of the transformation of Mahatma Buddha, this man becomes the noble soul.
We see in the army training that is given to the young lads of the village recruited in army that they turned out in a patriotic and nationalist. It is only due to the education that they experienced in their training and carries their colleague(soldiers) on shoulder if wounded in a war, to save them even at the risk of their own life. We find that in the hour of distress many good human beings are in the front row to help the needy, it is only due to the transformation that they feel.
Educated people always worship the Goddess of wisdom than the Goddess of wealth. So, education is transformation a perusal for excellence. Education is not just about collecting the material things just to swell purses and pockets. We must have the education which may bring social harmony in the society to have the follow feelings to feel the pulse to diagnose the disease and to improve those things which hamper the progresses of the nation, when we have that type of thinking that means our education is meaningful. Education is not the name of any degree or certificate that can be shown to others as proof but education is the name of our attitude, attraction, langue, behavior and personality with others in real life.
Our whole life is a process of learning and gaining new useful knowledge. We should always remember that getting a good education is imperative in today’s society as it is a foundation of our successful future. Our education is really worth investment only if we believe and work hard, we can achieve anything. |
