Leading Industrialists extend helping hand to people during COVID-19 pandemic

JAMMU APRIL 29: M/S Coromandel International Limited and M/S Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited today donated food items and sanitizers to Red Cross Society Jammu, through Director Industries and Commerce Jammu for further distribution to the people affected by the lockdown due to COVID-19 epidemic.

M/S Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited has donated sanitizers in the shape of kits containing Gel, Spray, Soap and Masks which will be delivered to the front line Corona warriors like doctors and paramedics in the peripheral hospitals.

The kit of M/S Coromandel International Limited contained wheat 10kg, rice 5kg, mustard oil, channa dal , Soap, and spices. The two hundred food kits have been delivered to Secretary Red Cross society, Vinod Malhotra by the Director I&C for onward distribution to the needy people in the slums.

Sanjay Mehra on behalf of M/S Naturis Cosmetics Private Limited and Mr. Ramnish Sinha on behalf of M/S Coromandel International Limited were present on the occasion. Pertinently the Industrial sector of J&K has come forward in a big way to donate in Cash and Kind to help the needy in Kathua, Samba and Jammu. The Director I&C Jammu, Anoo Malhotra thanked the Industrialists and appreciated their efforts.

She also appealed to the other Industrialists to come forward and help the needy.
