SAMBA, May 5: Director Rural Development Department, Jammu Sudershan Kumar today visited blocks Vijaypur, Samba and Sumb and inspected various development works under execution in the District under MGNREGA.
He was accompanied by PO, IWMP, Samba, Mohd Yusuf, ACD, Sidharath Dhiman and DPO Piyush Dhotra.
He directed the concerned officers to complete all the works within given timeframes, and install CIBs before execution of the works. He appreciated the district administration in ensuring that the works under MGNREGA have begun and the vulnerable section have been provided with livelihood opportunity in such distressing times. Later, while convening a meeting with ACD, XEn, DPO, BDOs and other officers of the concerned department, he stressed upon them to complete all works in a time bound manner, pay regular field visits, maintenance of proper file record, uploading of material liability, Aadhar seeding of all the job cards and uploading of GIS plans etc. |
