Jammu , Sept 18: Hindi Week celebration culminated at the Principal Accountant General Office which was a joint celebration by employees of all the three offices viz. Audit, A&E and RTI.
The concluding ceremony was presided over by Ha Singh, Principal Accountant General (Audit) and Jay Prakash, Dy. Accountant General (Pension). The function commenced with lightning of traditional lamp. After that the massage of Home Minister was read by Jay Prakash, Dy. Accountant General (Pension)
During the Week celebration, various competitions concerning official language “Hindi” viz. Essay writing, Debate, administrative words and official • phrases, Knowledge of Hindi Grammar and Noting writing etc. were held in which employees participated and exhibited their immense zeal and enthusiasm. The presiding officer Smt. Ila Singh, Principal Accountant General (Audit) and Jay Prakash, Dy. Accountant General (Pension) distributed prizes to the winners of various competitions held during the Week celebration.
Smt. Ila Singh, Principal Accountant General (Audit) while speaking on the occasion congratulated the winners and also exhorted others to emulate them and prepare themselves for the next year. She emphasized that the zeal and enthusiasm should not be ended with conclusion of the function rather it must be continued thereafter and should reflect in our official working.
