KATHUA, Jan 27: A programme was organized by All India Masih Seva Dal (AIMSD) to congratulate Samson Bhatti promoted to the rank of inspector and Sam Paul Gill promoted as District Inspector CID, SB Kathua. An Appreciation certificate was also given to the Chairman of the Bethel Charitable Trust Pr John Roques Bhatti who helped the needy with ration during lock down period.
