| SSP holds security review meeting in view of forthcoming republic day | | |

SAMBA, Dec 28: Today on 28.12.2021, SSP Samba, Dr. Abhishek Mahajan-IPS held a security review meeting in connection with the forthcoming Republic Day celebration-2022 with all the Police Gazetted Officers and SHOs of District Samba at Conference Hall, DPO Samba. SSP Samba directed all the jurisdictional Officers to remain extra-vigilant, strengthen Nakas on NHW as well as on Border roads and generate actionable intelligence having bearing on Republic Day-2022 so that Anti-National and Anti-Social Elements do not succeed in their nefarious designs. SSP Samba further directed all the officers to intensify patrolling and surveillance/ domination of their areas, activate Border Police Posts/ VDCs and the resources available with them to avert any untoward incident. He stressed upon for effective and coordinated efforts to meet out any eventuality. |
