Over 10,000 Shiv Sainiks to participate in Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra

JAMMU, Dec 28: Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir unit is expecting participation of over ten thousand Shiv Sainiks in the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra via traditional route on the auspicious day of Makar Sankranti on January 14, 2022. The Yatra to pay obeisance at the holy cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi Ji shall be conducted as per the Puranic mandate and rituals. On the directions and guidance of Shiv Sena National Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP, Anil Desai a virtual meeting was organized at Shiv Sena Central Office Jammu with almost all the state heads including party national organizer Ashok Tiwari and Vinod Singh participated here today. Jammu and Kashmir State unit President Manish Sahni while addressing the virtual meeting invited all the units of Shiv Sena across the nation to participate in this rare pilgrimage of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra in large numbers as it will be conducted strictly according to mythological beliefs and seek the blessings of Maa Vaishno Devi.
Later addressing media persons, Sahni said that all the state units have expressed their desire to participate in this Yatra in maximum numbers. According to the estimated figures, the number of pilgrims coming for the Yatra is expected to cross ten thousands, he added. Sahni also appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to promote this Yatra with great enthusiasm and be a part of it. He said that this entire journey of Mata Vaishno Devi would be completely free for the devotees from Jammu.
Sahni said that the Yatra will begin from the historical Raghunath Temple of Jammu and first Darshan will take place by organizing a Bhandara at Kol Kandoli after which Yatra will proceed to Deva Mai Darshan. He informed that there will be special buses from Jammu for pilgrims coming from outside states. Devotees willing to join this Yatra from Jammu and Kashmir and other states can register themselves by calling on 9419182952, he informed.
Sahni said that all the leaders present in the virtual meeting prayed to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi for the health and longevity of the party chief and Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray. He said that while devotees would get the blessings of the Mother Goddess, the business of Jammu would also simultaneously gain momentum.
Those present in the meeting included Ram Narayan from Assam, Sandeep Chaudhary from Delhi, Kaushalendra from Bihar, Gaurav from Chhattisgarh, Sangeeta Gambhir from Mahila Morcha Delhi, Anil Singh from Uttar Pradesh, Pankaj Devsar from Amritsar, Meenakshi Chhibber and many leaders ,Vikas Bakshi , Sanjeev Kohli , Balwant Singh and others.
