BJP on development spree in J&K: Sat

JAMMU, Jan 27: Quoting the development done in all spheres of J&K as significant, Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) along with Deputy Mayor JMC Purnima Sharma, Chairman JMC Hardeep Singh Mankotia, Councillors Ward 37 and 35 Sunita Gupta and Yash Pal Sharma started the works for construction of a community hall cum Public Health Care Centre at Janipur Colony area of Jammu West near Shivalikpuram Mandir. Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, local residents, and political activists of the area were also present on the occasion. The works will be done at an estimated cost of rupees 44 lakhs.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that this is the way with which BJP and its representatives are working on the ground to provide every possible infra to the masses at their doorsteps. He said there was a dire need of creating a Health center in Janipur which was a long pending demand of masses and the same has been met which will cater to the needs of thousands of people residing in this area and other adjoining areas of the Constituency as well. Sharma said that BJP is on a development spree in J&K and such type of development never took place in the UT, he added. He credited PM Modi for sanctioning huge amounts of funds for taking up various development projects in J&K which were left in shambles by Congress-led Governments.
Purnima Sharma said that JMC is working around the clock to serve the Jammuites in every way possible and she stated that with a mission to make it a Smart city, such types of works are the need of the hour which will glorify Jammu in coming times and will make it as most developed cities of the country. She also lauded the works done by the Former MLA for improving the infra scenario of the Constituency.
Hardeep and Sunita said that it's not just Ward 37 but every Ward of Jammu West under the leadership of Former MLA has been developed to its fullest and it can be seen from the works done in the last couple of years that everything pertaining to Roads, Power, Water supply and other infrastructural works were done with best quality to provide relief to the people.
Yash Pal and Raveesh talked about the benefits of various schemes of the Central Government provided to the masses under the leadership of former MLA.
Sahil Gupta, Ramesh Sharma, Neeru Sehgal, Meena Jamwal, Mukesh Maini, Rakesh Gupta, and several others were also present.
