Decision to withdraw posts inhuman, unconstitutional: BJP
2/4/2022 11:38:21 PM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 4: Former president of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association president Abhinav Sharma, who is also the spokesman of J&K BJP, has termed the decision to withdraw posts as “unconstitutional” and “inhuman”.
“It is not an official order but a circular which is unconstitutional and it does not have legal validity”, Abhinav Sharma said, adding “No reason has been given to withdraw posts which were advertised before October 31, 2019”.
Abhinav Sharma, who is always at the forefront of protecting the interests of the unemployed educated youth of Jammu and Kashmir, quoted some judgments of the Supreme Court but added that this decision is “inhuman” and pointed out that some bureaucrats are misleading the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sharma minced no words in attacking the administration for taking such an unwise decision. He said that challenging this decision in the court of law will be the last option.
“Bureaucracy does not want a popular government in J&K. UT is passing through a transition phase and bureaucrats are taking benefits of this period”, he said.
