| JTC/Soan Kashmir Front protest completes 491 days | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 5: JTC/Soan Kashmir Front J&K have been protesting for 491 days. Addressing the protesters Shadi Lal Pandita President JTC)/Soan Kashmir Front J&K said that we have been protesting for 491 days but the government is not meeting our genuine demands. The government should to meet our demands as soon as possible. The members said because in this era of high inflation, relief holders are not able to survive due to which the lives of the genuine relief are in great danger .The government should to increase the monthly cash relief of the relief holders from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000. They said that unemployed educated youth of the community are fed up with out employment so it is the responsibility of the government to provide a package of 20,000 jobs for KPs unemployed educated youth.
They said 32 years compensation should be given for the losses of landlords (farmers) gardeners and balanced ex-gratia of gutted, damaged houses to be given to KPs. |
