Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 5: Jammu and Kashmir Border Area Development Conference (JK-BADC), the registered organization working for the welfare of people of border areas of the J & K Union Territory has strongly reacted to the decision of the Administrative Council headed by Lieutenant Manjoj Sinha wherein the government has decided and issued order to withdraw all kinds of posts notification of which were issued before 2019 by Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission and Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board wherein the recruitment has not been finalized yet.
Dr Shazad Malik, the former Vice Chancellor and Chairman of the JK-BADC called the decision to scrap pre-2019 posts as ' ill advised' and 'injudicious' one that would ruin the lives of 1000s of aspiring educated youth of Jammu and Kashmir who were waiting anxiously for the outcome of the recruitments process for which they had submitted their application forms with the JKPSC and JKSSB.
He urged the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to immediately review this decision as it would directly impact the youth of J & K especially those are now over aged but were eligible before 2019 when they had submitted their applications for different jobs.
Dr.Shazad also made it clear that his organization, JK-BADC would stand with the youth and never ever accept this anti-youth decision of the government and raise this issue at all appropriate forums from Road to court of law and seek justice for the youth.
