Anti BJP wave turning into tsunami in Jammu
Wide scale disgruntlement looming over withdrawal of PSC, SSB jobs
2/5/2022 11:50:50 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 5: Strong disgruntlement is being expressed at the large scale in Jammu over the government decision to withdraw all the posts referred to PSC and SSB prior to October 2019.
Jammu and Kashmir Apni party has termed the decision bizarre and uncalled for which has long lasting consequences.
Its leader Namrta Sharma while talking to Early Times newspaper said that on one hand the BJP led administration in Jammu and Kashmir was promising massive employment in government as well as in the private sector of the erstwhile state post abrogation of Article 370 and now the educated youth are denied even the basic livelihood opportunities.
She held the state BJP directly responsible for such a mess, stating that party’s own man as LG is calling shots and hence it is the BJP which is devastating peoples’ lives without compunction.
She said that to withdraw all the posts referred to PSC and SSB prior to October 2019 has left lakhs of jobless youth in distress and has bellied the claims of the BJP to bring prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir.
‘Will launch full-scale agitation’
The High court Bar Association also termed the measure ruthlessly anti- youth. Addressing the presser here, Bar Association Jammu leaders said that the BJP is unnecessarily harassing the people in Jammu and that if the decision pertaining to the withdrawal of posts is not revoked a wide scale agitation against the BJP will be launched.
According to the Bar association, the BJP proving to be anti youth, anti farmer, anti laborer and anti poor. He added that lakhs of jobless youth were pinning hopes on the PSC and JKSSRB’s job notifications.
However, the association said that with a single stroke of the pen, all these notifications were trashed . “Now post this decision, the applicants who were eligible at the time of the notifications would be ineligible because of the age limit and other factors.
One wonders who is advising this government to take such unnatural measures without racking the brains for a moment,” said the Bar association.
It added that the LG administration in Jammu and Kashmir is crossing all limits of high handedness and is plunging the UT in deep crises. On the contrary, people in Ladakh were given protection in terms of land and job rights. “However in Jammu and Kashmir it is lawlessness and cruel, harsh and anti people measures calling
