Earlier, SS Johal along with BDC Chairman Ramgarh, Darshan Choudhary, Balwinder Singh, Nirmal Choudhary, Daljeet Singh and Master Santosh Kumar paid rich tributes to Ch Chhotu Ram. Johal said that Ch Chhotu Ram Jat Sabha is constructing a Dharamshalla at Katra with an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore for the pilgrims of the holy cave shrine of Maa Vaishno Devi.
