Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 5: Shiv Sena J&K unit today staged a strong protest against the decision of J& Jammu and Kashmir UT administration for cancelling all the advertised posts in reference to PSC and SSB before October 31, 2019, terming it as inhuman and playing with the future of the youth of the Union Territory.
Led by Manish Sahni, President J&K Shiv Sena unit, the party activists assembled in front of Party's Central Office in Jammu and raised slogans against this decision of Jammu and Kashmir and the Central Government.
Talking to reporters here, Sahni said that BJP's central and state leaders and ministers had made a lot of boast of providing employment to the local youth of Jammu and Kashmir, which is proved a Jumla today. Now the BJP, which claims to be the benefactor of the youth, has been exposed due to such decision, he added.
"This decision of government has harassed the youth of Jammu and Kashmir physically, mentally and financially which can never be tolerated and forgotten," Sahni said, adding that the youth who have applied for the jobs had paid huge fees and they are waiting for written examinations and getting jobs after successful in physical examination. The youth, who were constantly being assured, was dreaming of getting a job, which was shattered by a harsh decision of LG administration, he said.
Sahni said that the youth of Jammu and Kashmir would not forgive the present government for this anti-youth decision. He said that the BJP only understands the language of "hurt on votes" and the youth of the state has geared up to answer in this language.
"In all the five states where in the elections are going to held including Uttar Pradesh, the injustice and playing with the sentiments of youth of Jammu and Kashmir has reached the public through the use of social media under the Pol Kholo campaign and the BJP will be exposed," Sahni said, warning BJP to get ready to face the wrath of youth of the country in the forthcoming elections in five states.
Among those who were present included Women Wing President Meenakshi Chhibber, General Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Chairman Rakesh Gupta, Vice President Sanjeev Kohli, Balwant Singh, Sandeep Bhagat, Women Secretary Vaishnavi Hindustani, President Kamgaar Wing Raj Singh, President Youth Wing Binny Mahajan, Sumit Abrol, Mangu Ram, Pawan Singh , Neelam Kumari and others.
