| Anantnag faces frequent power cuts, residents aghast | | |

Anantnag, Apr 19: Frequent power cuts in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district have irked the people in the holy month of Ramadan.
Residents of the districts are up in arms against the Power Development Department for failing to provide the electricity according to the schedule.
“We are facing cuts during Iftaar as Sehri times. We urge the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to direct the PDD to adhere to the schedule at least during the ongoing holy month of Ramadan,” they said. |
