Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 29: The conferring of "Glory of India Gold medal" on Dr Nutan K Resutra by a publishing house has completely undermined the veracity of the award with the revelation that a case of corruption is pending against the recipient in State Vigilance Organization (SVO). A little known publishing house on internet, the Best Citizens Publishing House has reportedly conferred the award to Dr Nutan K Resutra, former Chairman Jammu and Kashmir state Board of School Education (JKBOSE) for his "so called" contributions in the field of Education. But as per the track record of the recipient, vide FIR No. 11/2017 under section 5 (1) (d) r/w 5 (2) J&K P.C Act 2006, a case was registered in year 2017 at Police Station Vigilance Organization Jammu (VOJ) against Dr. Nutan Kumar Resutra then Principal Govt Degree College Udhampur on the basis of a verification conducted into the allegations that during his posting as Principal in the said college in the year 2010-12.
