Early Times Report Jammu, July 7: In an unprecedented case of trashing financial rules, Dr. Manoj Dhar, Vice Chancellor of Jammu University, has broken all previous records of muddling with the financial rules to adequately enhance the monthly remuneration of a contractual employee who earlier refused to join the post of clerk after his regularization in 2016. Sources in the university informed that as per order issued by Registrar JU No: aEstab.07.6189-95 dated 26-7-2017, Irfan Ahmed Goni, son of Mushtaq Ahmed Goni, of House No: 301 Mohalla Dalpatian, Jammu, was engaged initially for a period of 89 days on the consolidated amount of Rs 8000 per month. Surprisingly there was no mention of job in the order on which he was to work. Sources said there were many other consolidated employees who were engaged by the university at the rate of Rs 4000 per month which was uniform rate for initial engagement of consolidated employees in the university.
