Early Times Report Jammu, July 5: Amid tall claims of good governance and reining in of the corrupt, the government continues to ignore the much hyped Jammu & Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (J&K PSGA) that was enacted in the state to ensure common man doesn't suffer in government offices. Jammu and Kashmir government introduced the Jammu & Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (J&K PSGA) in the year 2011 amid much fanfare. However, seven years down the line, the act continues to remain limited to papers with its implementation still a distant dream. There are reports that the departments in which the PSGA was enacted give damn to its directions with peoples' pleas gathering dust and officials exhibiting least concern over it. The state government enacted JKPSGA 2011 which came into force on August 10, 2011. The act was ought to provide delivery to the people of the state within the stipulated time limit and relate to the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
