UDHAMPUR, June 15: One person died and another got injured in a truck-motorcycle collision near Bhim Singh B Ed College, here today. According to the police reports, a Truck bearing registration no JK02AJ-4071 collided with a motorcycle bearing registration no JK14C-5943 near Bhim Singh B Ed College in Udhampur due to which two persons sustained critical injuries. Police and locals rushed the spot and took the injured to District Hospital, Udhampur where one of them identified as Rakesh Kumar, 24, son of Hans Raj of Battal Balian, Udhampur was declared brought dead by the doctors
While the doctors referred the other injured identified as Vinod Kumar, 24 son of Subhash to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for advanced treatment. Police have registered a case and further investigation was on. |
