Sartingal Women delegation calls on SDM Bhaderwah 9/13/2014 10:20:12 PM Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Sept 12: A deputation of women folks from Sartingal today called on SDM Bhaderwah Bupinder Kumar and demanded immediate release of innocent persons who were arrested after a group clash at Sartingal village of Bhaderwah. Delegation comprising Rafiqa Begum, Mubina Begum, Waseem Kousar, Mushara Bano, Irfana Begum and others apprised SDM Bhaderwah that people who are trouble mongers of last month episode at Sartingal Bhaderwah are roaming freely while innocents still are behind the bars. They informed SDM that still they are living in fear as real culprits of Sartingal incident are roaming freely and alleged that partial investigation in the case and which is unacceptable.
