House collapses, 1 killed 9/15/2014 10:59:23 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Sept 15: A person was killed as a house collapsed due to heavy rainfall in Dudu, Pchor far flung area of district Udhampur. According to the sources, due to heavy rain fall last night in Udhampur District a house collapsed in Village Dudu, Pchor, a member of family got killed.
