Candidates for draftsman must have requisite qualification : HC to SSRB 10/10/2014 11:40:15 PM Jammu, Oct 10 : IN a petition filed by filed Virender Kumar and ors challenging the notification issued by the SSRB whereby it allowed higher qualification which is not required for the post of Draftsman, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Advocate SK Shukla appearing for the petitioner, issued notice to the respondents and directed that till next date SSRB shall allow only the person who are possessing requisite qualification for the post of draftsmen advertised vide notification No 3 of 2012 strictly as provided in Schedule-2A (Executive) Class IV of the J&K Engineering Subordinate Service Recruitment Rules 1997 and Schedule-II-Part A (executive) class IV category B of J&K PDD Services Recruitment Rules 1981.
