HC grants last opportunity to BOPEE PIL challenging Reservations Rules of 2005 10/10/2014 11:42:08 PM Jammu, Oct 10 : In a Public Interest Litigation filed by one Ashok Sharma a Social Activist challenging the rule 17 of Reservations Rules framed State of J&K under Reservation Act , a Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat after hearing Advocate KS Parihar appearing for the PIL, granted last opportunity to BOPEE to file response on the supplementary affidavit filed by the counsel for the PIL.
