Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College organizes Mehandi competition 10/11/2014 1:58:14 AM Early Times Report Kathua, oct 10: A Mehandi competition was organised by Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Education, Kathua. Around 30 students have participated in this competition. Dr. G.P. Sachdev, Principal of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Education appreciated the talents of the students. Mrs. Anu Dogra, Chairperson of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Education, Kathua and Mrs. Manju Pathania were the judges. It was very difficult for the judjes to choose the three best mehandi designs of the participants. 1st winner was Ms. Shikha, 2nd winner was Ms. Harneet and therewas tie for 3rd prize winner and the winners were Ms. Nisha, Ms. Neeha and Ms. Meenakshi.
