One killed, dozens injured as bus rams into vehicles on road 12/18/2014 12:04:57 AM Kathua, Dec. 17: One person killed and dozens passengers got serious injuries in a road mishap at Rajbagh (Ujh) nearly 14 KM from Kathua city, during late last night. The deceased has been identified namely as Dalbir Singh S/O Tara Singh R/O Amritsar. According to police sources the incident occurred at around late night of December 16 at 11:55 pm when a bus rammed into other vehicles coming from the other side. Eye witnessed said that a speedy bus from Jamna travels bearing registration no JK-02-AW 1249 on its way from Jammu to Amritsar hit a advertisement board fixed at divider of the road resulting driver to lose control over the vehicle and hitting four other vehicles including two bajaj passenger auto no: JK-08A-8697, JK-08-B-0497, a Toyota Qualis no: PB-08-AL-2426 and a tractor no:-JK-08-A-0738. After hitting the vehicles bus, damaged a house of Pankaj Kohli, a Lecturer by profession.
