Jammu, Jan 22: With a slight change in the previous schedule, the discussion on revised estimates for financial year 2014-15 along with finalization of Annual Plan 2015-16 are now scheduled to begin on January 27 and will conclude on February 4.
Sources in Jammu and Kashmir Planning and Development department (JKP&DD) informed Early Times that as per previous schedule, the sector wise discussion on finalization of annual plan 2015-16 and discussions on revised estimates for concluding year 2014-15 had to begun on January 27 and concluded on February 3 but now the department has issued a revised schedule, according to which the sector wise discussion would conclude on February 6 instead of February 3.
According to the schedule finalized by P&DD, the sector wise discussions would continue for nine days and on the first day i.e on January 27, discussions on Tourism and Social Welfare Department would be held, while on January 28 discussions on three departments Power, Forest and PHE/Irrigation and Flood Control would be held.
Industry and Commerce, Higher/Physical and Technical Education and PWD(R&B) will be discussed on January 29 besides on January 30 Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Ladakh/Leh and Kargil will be discussed.
Moreover, on February 2, discussions of four departments School Education, Rural Development, Housing and Urban Development and Labour and Employment will be held, while as on February 3, Science and Technology/Information Technology/Cooperative, Law/Finance/Revenue/Home, Civil Aviation, Information, Estates, H&P, ARI and Training/IMPA/State Information/Commission and PSC/Survey and Statistics/Planning Machinery will be held.
Besides on February 4, CAPD/Transport, Agriculture/Floriculture, Health and Medical Education, SKIMS and SKIMS Medical College would be held.
The discussions on district plans of 10 districts of Jammu province will be held on February 5 and discussions of districts of Kashmir province are scheduled to be held on February 6. |
