Flood affected protest over delay in free ration, block Sgr-Leh road 1/22/2015 11:24:50 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 22: Scores of people in Central Kashmir's Ganderbal district Thursday blocked Srinagar-Leh road and staged protest demonstration against the administration's failure to distribute free ration in the district. According to reports scores of residents of village Dursuma in Ganderbal held a protest against Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) Department for not supplying them free ration on time.
