| Bhartiya Yog Sansthan organizes Sathapana Diwas | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 19: To celebrate its 49thSthapna Diwas, a grand function was organized by Bawa Jitto district of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan in which many people participated and took benefit of the Yog Sadna.
Amar Chand Gupta, former Director Finance who was chief guest on the occasion briefed the people about the benefits of Yog in daily life. He educated the participants as how practicing Yog in day-to-day life can help a human in relaxing from stress of present time. He said that it is only the Yog which can keep a human being free from anxieties and suggested some important Asans and Pranyams which can help a human being tokeep him free from diabetes, hypotension and other ailments. On this occasion, Satpal Sharma, President, Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, J&K, Dharamveer Gupta, President Bhartiya YogSansthan, district Bawa Jitto were also present. They detailed the participants about the benefits of Yog. Satpal Sharam appraised the efforts of BharatyaYog Sansthan in the field of Yog since last 49 years and advised the people toadopt yog in their life to keep body and soul fit. He also appraised theefforts of Bharatya Yog Sansthan about the promotion of yog in the State atfree of cost to every nook and corner so that the people of the State will livein happily and healthy lifestyle.
