HC orders status quo over space handing to 'Gastro Deptt' 6/26/2015 11:29:17 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 26: In a petition filed by Dr Haroon Salaria HOD Neuro Surgery against the order of Medical Superintendent Super Specialist Hospital Jammu for handing over the room used for Out Patient services of Neuro Surgery Department to Gastroenterology Department, the J&K High Court Jammu ordered that status-quo shall be maintained till next date of hearing. The Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv RS Jamwal appearing for the petitioner whereas Medical Superintendent Super Specialty Hospital who sought two weeks' time for filling the response, ordered that status-quo shall be maintained till next date of hearing.
