CSO flags off Thang Ta team 7/23/2015 10:38:29 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, July 24 : Chief Sports Officer (CSO) of the State Sports Council, Abdul Qayoom today flagged off the State Thang Ta continent for the upcoming Thang Ta Federation Cup slated to be held at Sangrur in Punjab from July 25 to July 28. Earlier, the selected team underwent screening conducted by the J&K State Sports Council.
