Srinagar, July 23: Adarsh Buildestate Limited- a real estate company Thursday announced it would develop state-of-the-art integrated township in Kashmir.
Director ABL, Rakesh Gupta said: "We are coming up with state-of-the-art townships which will be larger in size than all the present residential colonies in Srinagar."
"Our townships would comprise exquisite villas, apartments, row houses, independent floors, commercial avenues, medical facilities, educational institutions, parks, and other sports and amusement centres," Gupta said.
Project Director, Mahesh Sharma said the company plans to introduce the concept of smart homes in this projects with all the infrastructure and facilities required for modern living.
Gupta and Sharma were speaking at Eid Milan function hosted by ABL at a local hotel here today which was attended by people from various walks of life.
During the function ABL showcased its various real estate projects in JK encouraging the local investors to invest in Gold Palms- the biggest ever mall of JK.
About "Palm Spring" at Humhama Srinagar, Sharma said the residential colony is equipped with all modern amenities like club houses, party/mediation hall, gymnasium, indoor games like table tennis and snooker.
